When you shop with www.zpiiel.com, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, applicable at any given time, apply to protect you as a consumer.
How to shop with us
To make a purchase on www.zpiiel.com, you must follow these steps:

Ordering
On www.zpiiel.com, you can only order items through our webshop. If you have inquiries about items not found on the website, you are welcome to contact us.
To shop on www.zpiiel.com, you must be 18 years old and possess a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, it is possible to shop with us if you have the consent of a guardian.
All prices include VAT and other taxes.
It is not possible to view previous orders by logging in to the website. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to info@zpiiel.com.

The amount will only be debited from your card when the goods are dispatched from www.zpiiel.com. A larger amount than what you approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.
Shipping & delivery
Shipments are made with Post Nord or GLS. Our standard price is:

Delivery time
Our goal is for goods to be dispatched within 2-4 business days from order receipt.
Returning items
Right of withdrawal
You must notify us that you regret your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Thereafter, you have 14 days to return your purchase. The item must not have been used to an extent that prevents it from being resold; otherwise, you will have to pay for the depreciation in value. Remember to return the complete product. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item back, we will transfer the money to your account, including the original shipping costs. This will happen within 14 days.
What should I send back?
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation.
Please note: We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Complaints
When you shop on www.zpiiel.com, you naturally have a 24-month right to complain. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, or get your money back, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
How quickly should I complain?
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible. If you complain within one week of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
We refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will, of course, refund your shipping costs in connection with returning the item to us.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and ask the post office for a receipt for dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs.
