Returning items
Right of withdrawal
You must inform us of your intention to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt. You then have 14 days to return your purchase. The item must not have been used to such an extent that it cannot be resold, otherwise you will be charged for the reduction in value. Remember to return the complete product. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received the returned item, we will transfer the money to your account, including the original shipping costs. This will happen within 14 days.
What should I include with the return?
You must include a copy of the order confirmation.

Warranty claims
When you shop at www.zpiiel.com, you naturally have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, or receive a refund, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the warranty claim is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.
How quickly should I make a claim?
You must make a claim within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you make a claim as soon as possible. If you make a claim within one week of discovering the defect, the claim will always be considered timely.
We refund reasonable shipping costs
If the warranty claim is justified, we will, of course, refund your shipping costs in connection with the return of the item to us.

Remember that the item must always be returned in secure packaging, and ask the post office for a receipt for dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs.
